MY JOURNEY
Born into a multicultural family between French and Vietnamese roots, my journey into holistic wellness began at an early age.
Exposure to diverse healing traditions and spiritual practices shaped my perspective on wellbeing as an integrated experience.
After pursuing a conventional career path for several years in different locations such as London, Dubai and Barcelona, I found myself drawn back to the wisdom of ancient practices.
What began as a personal journey to find balance during a stressful period gradually transformed into a calling to share these transformative practices with others.
To inspire holistic wellbeing by connecting individuals with ancient wisdom for a life of balance and vitality. We see a world where everyone can access transformative practices to nurture their body, mind, and spirit.

Audrey's multicultural upbringing (French and Vietnamese roots) exposed her to diverse healing traditions from an early age. After several years in a conventional career, a personal journey to find balance during a stressful period reconnected her with these ancient practices, which eventually transformed into a calling to share them with others.
Audrey has completed extensive yoga training, including a 200-Hour Teacher Training in Hatha and Vinyasa (Dubai, 2018), a 100-Hour Training in Ashtanga (India, 2019), and an advanced 300-Hour Training in Holistic Yoga, covering Yin Yoga, AyurYoga, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, and Yoga Therapy (Spain, 2020).
Audrey's teaching philosophy centers on honoring each individual's unique journey. She blends traditional knowledge with modern understanding to provide practical and adapted tools that empower people from all walks of life towards transformation and wellbeing.
Her approach is deeply influenced by classical Hatha yoga (as described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika), the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and Vinyasa traditions. Key influences include the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar and contemporary teachers like Paul Grilley, who emphasize both tradition and accessibility.
Her Ayurvedic approach draws from classical texts such as the Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridayam, as well as the numerous insightful books on the subject by David Frawley. She emphasizes practical, accessible applications of Ayurvedic principles for modern living
